Sol-IT started in 2018 building and replacing operational systems for companies in production and logistics. That work meant living in the data: mapping legacy sources, writing transformation scripts, staging, validating and reconciling before go-live.

That hands-on foundation now sits next to corporate S/4HANA experience. At Damen Shipyards, Joris van Dijk was SAP business project manager for the Maritime Ventures division go-live — working with key users, management teams and the central SAP programme.

Together that is a data migration consultant who can operate in a corporate programme and still do the mapping, transformation and reconciliation work.
